The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional employee relations services and manage succession planning.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic support to the organization in areas of employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
- Develop and implement effective succession planning strategies to ensure continuity of leadership within the organization.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR with a focus on employee relations and talent management.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful succession plans.
