Senior Software Developer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated software professional to fill this key position at our company. As a full-stack developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and secure microservices and RESTful web services using the Spring framework.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using Angular 9+ and TypeScript with a modular architecture.

In addition, you will contribute to CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and Ansible, manage code repositories with Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket, and use build tools like Maven or Gradle.

Your expertise in relational databases such as MySQL, MS SQL, or Oracle will enable you to design and optimize schemas and queries.

As a key member of our team, you will ensure high code quality by practicing test-driven development (TDD) and writing unit and integration tests with JUnit, Mockito, and Power Mock.

Furthermore, you will utilize code quality tools like SonarQube and SonarLint, and work within an agile process (Scrum/Kanban) using tools like Jira and Confluence for project management.

• Backend Engineering:
  • Design and develop scalable and secure microservices and RESTful web services using the Spring framework.
  • Write clean, efficient code in Java 8+ and ensure solid understanding of Java web technologies.
  • Work with messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ to build asynchronous and event-driven services.
• Frontend Development:
  • Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using Angular 9+ and TypeScript with a modular architecture.
  • Apply solid knowledge of core UI technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Ajax.
• Cloud & DevOps:
  • Build and deploy applications on the AWS cloud platform.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and Ansible.
  • Manage code repositories with Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket and use build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Quality & Collaboration:
  • Ensure high code quality by practicing test-driven development (TDD) and writing unit and integration tests with JUnit, Mockito, and Power Mock.
  • Utilize code quality tools like SonarQube and SonarLint.
  • Work within an agile process (Scrum/Kanban) and use tools like Jira and Confluence for project management.
• Database Management:
  • Design and optimize schemas and queries in relational databases such as MySQL, MS SQL, or Oracle.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Java and related technologies.
• Good understanding of Spring framework.
• Working knowledge of building microservices and RESTful web services.
• Hands-on experience in web services development and solid understanding of Java web technologies.
• Solid understanding of UI basics HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax.
• Hands-on on TypeScript and Angular 9+ with modular architecture.
• Good understanding of message queues and have worked upon any one of them (Kafka / RabbitMQ / ActiveMQ).
• Expertise in relational databases (MySQL / MS SQL /Oracle).
• Working experience in DevOps build tools (Maven / Gradle). Version control (Git, GitHub / Bitbucket). CI/CD (Jenkins, Ansible, Artifactory).
• Good understanding in building and deploying application on the AWS cloud platform. Understanding and expertise in maintaining code quality (TDD, JUnit, Mockito, Power Mock, SonarQube, Sonar lint).
• Working knowledge of Agile process and tools (Scrum / Kanban, Jira, Confluence). Proficiency in interpersonal skills, problem-solving, planning & execution, and impactful communication.
