Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our team.

  • Partner with clients to design and execute delivery on complex projects.
  • Work with clients on implementing and deploying solutions, either on-premises or in the cloud, and integrating with their systems.
  • Ensure client understanding of production support issues.
  • Utilize technical expertise to manually resolve production issues when required.
  • Ongoing implementation and maintenance of multitenant SaaS solutions; automation of deployments, monitoring, and troubleshooting errors.
  • Apply Agile software development procedures and practices, including daily stand-up meetings and test-driven development.
  • Perform integration level testing of software components and systems to ensure high quality.
  • Train, coach, and collaborate with others within the organization.
  • Develop strong relationships with other teams and customers to build collaboration and identify potential opportunities to improve efficiencies and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Java development.
  • 2+ years of database experience - i.e., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, or DB2.
  • At least 2 years of experience working as an Implementation Engineer or in DevOps.
  • 1 year of experience developing with Hibernate (or similar) ORM tool.
  • 1 year of experience developing with a Spring framework.
  • Working experience with Windows and Linux.
  • Experience with JEE, XML, JDBC, JMX, and Web UI frameworks and application servers is a strong plus. Experience supporting web applications is an advantage.
  • Experience with Terraform, Puppet, Jenkins is desired.
  • Must be a problem solver. Ability to research, analyze, and provide a solution to newly identified issues.
  • Team focused with strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Emphasis on attention to detail and quality.
  • Agile programming experience is an advantage.
  • Able to be successful in a fast-paced environment that rewards hard work and self-motivation.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
