Job Description

As a seasoned risk management professional, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of an annual Internal Audit plan that aligns with business priorities and assesses the risk environment.

  • Develop and execute the Internal Audit Plan, in collaboration with stakeholders, to ensure timely execution and reporting.
  • Support the identification and selection of vendors for program activities.
  • Lead functional audits, both in-house and outsourced, to assess operational effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on the status of open Internal Audit observations to stakeholders.

Key Result Areas:

  • Support the development of a risk-based annual Internal Audit plan.
  • Support identification and finalization of vendors.
  • Lead execution of the Internal Audit Plan.
  • Track and report on open Internal Audit observations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent certification is essential. Desired certifications include CIA, CISA, and CWA.

A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in implementing, delivering, and embedding risk management at strategic and operational levels is required.

Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with all levels of management are essential.
