AI Applications Engineering Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ai Applications Engineer to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with expertise in AI applications engineering and strong passion for delivering innovative solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, managing, and optimizing AI tool environments securely and effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Configuring and managing data privacy controls to prevent the training of AI models on sensitive data.
  • Delivering comprehensive audit logs, compliance reporting, and monitoring for OpenAI usage to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Implementing robust guardrails and moderation tools, including fine-tuned safety layers, to enhance the security and reliability of AI applications.
  • Tracking and analyzing model performance and usage metrics, producing regular reports for leadership to inform strategic decisions.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures, ensuring seamless operation of AI tools.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in AI applications engineering or a related role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools, particularly Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy controls and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in configuring and managing AI tool environments securely and effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to handle complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience delivering training and creating documentation.
