Role Overview

This role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven automation solutions to streamline business processes and enhance self-service applications.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Automation Solutions Development
    • Develop Gen-AI based automation solutions using programming languages like Python, Java or similar technologies.
    • Design and implement conversational bots and LLMs to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
    • Implement advanced algorithms and models to enhance the performance of self-service applications.
    • Integrate AI-driven tools with existing systems and workflows.
    • Ensure scalability and reliability of AI solutions in production environments.
  • Research and Innovation
    • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies through research and professional development.
    • Experiment with new techniques and methodologies to improve conversational bot capabilities.
    • Publish findings and contribute to the AI/ML community through papers, presentations, and conferences.
  • Automation Implementation
    • Identify opportunities for automating business processes using Gen-AI and LLMs.
    • Develop and implement AI-driven automation solutions to optimize workflows and reduce manual intervention.
    • Collaborate with process experts to understand requirements and design appropriate AI solutions.
    • Evaluate the performance of automation solutions and make adjustments to improve efficiency.
  • Integration and Support
    • Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems and applications.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed AI solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or a relevant field from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in AI/ML development with focus on Gen-AI and LLMs.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and other AI/ML frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of NLP techniques and applications.
  • Familiarity with cloud AI/ML platforms like GCP & Azure.
  • Knowledge of ML techniques: Decision Trees, Random Forest, Boosting Algorithm, Neural Networks, Deep Learning, Support Vector Machines, Clustering, Bayesian Networks, Reinforcement Learning, Feature Reduction / Engineering, Anomaly Deduction, Natural Language Processing (including Sentiment Analysis, Topic Modelling), Natural Language Generation.
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization.
  • Experience with frameworks from LangChain.
  • Experience with deploying models using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
  • Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
  • Experience in developing and integrating APIs and microservices.
  • Experience with automation frameworks and tools.
  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills with ability to think critically & creatively about complex business problems.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
