Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Bookkeeper to join our team. This role requires exceptional expertise in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and CPA support services.


About the Position

The Senior Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing and overseeing bookkeeping tasks for clients across the USA and Canada. Additionally, they will review the work of junior accountants/bookkeepers to ensure accuracy and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee bookkeeping tasks for USA and Canada-based clients.
  • Review the work of junior accountants/bookkeepers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for CPA, clients, ensuring timely communication and support.
  • Coordinate between internal teams and clients to resolve queries and deliver reports on time.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to deadlines.
  • Assist in process improvements and implementation of best practices in accounting.

Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in Accounting, CA Inter or Chartered Accountant, or related field.
  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting (USA/Canada experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Business Central, Xero, or other accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and review work effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
