We are seeking an exceptional AI/ML leader to spearhead the development of innovative solutions across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of ML engineers & data scientists, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable ML/AI models into production-ready systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into impactful ML solutions, driving strategic growth and revenue.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in ML, DL, and LLM advancements, applying cutting-edge expertise to drive innovation.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in ML/Data Science, with a minimum of 2 years in leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in multiple ML domains, including CV, NLP, LLMs, regression, classification, time series, and geospatial AI.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and MLOps tools, with experience integrating ML into real-world products.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful ML projects, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working with Hugging Face, LangChain, Detectron2, or OpenCV.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Kubernetes/Airflow.
  • Contributions to research or open-source projects, showcasing passion for AI/ML innovation.
