
Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Territory Business Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing market data and developing working plans for the territory.
- Monitoring and achieving sales targets.
- Implementing and executing all strategies.
- Engaging with stakeholders, including doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institutions.
- Managing timelines and multiple internal processes.
- Developing basic computer skills, including Excel, Word, and email exchanges.
- Adapting to change in the market and learning new skills quickly.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organizing camps, CMEs, and prescription audits as per division strategy and customer needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years minimum (Fresher with good communication and analytical skills may also be considered).
- Qualification: B.Sc or B.Pharm.
