Service Desk Support Specialist

At TCP Corps, we are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues related to Active Directory, RSA Token, VPN, Citrix, and VDI.
- Communication: Develop and maintain excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Quality Standards: Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies to ensure excellent customer experience and high-quality support.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed work logs, ensuring compliance with shift rotation and escalation processes.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in technical support and customer service.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of Active Directory, RSA Token, VPN, Citrix, and VDI.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
