Property Manager Job Description

This job involves overseeing the smooth operation of a facility or site. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing efficiency using innovation and technology.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Ensuring that all necessary personnel are adequately trained and supported to face challenges.
    • Formulating suitable budgeting controls and monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for effective service delivery.
    • Maintaining high levels of performance in accordance with excellence standards.
    • Overseeing the timely renewal of agreements, submission of invoices, and follow-ups for payments.
    • Reviewing vendor quotations and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Coordinating manpower planning, including hiring processes.
    • Conducting regular site visits to ensure proper maintenance of structures, facilities, and services.
    • Facilitating teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
    • Assisting clients in creating annual budgets for site operations and formulating strategies for effective management.
    • Reviewing and updating data, emails, and client files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Dealing with occupant queries in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Implementing robust complaint management processes and ensuring compliance with regulations.
    • Communicating operational information to occupants and authorities.
    • Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and protocols.
    • Developing business continuity plans to mitigate risks.
    • Responding promptly to emergency maintenance situations.
    • Maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, including projects, consultants, contractors, and government agencies.
    • Preparing and submitting daily management reports and monthly management reports.
    • Coordinating the creation and maintenance of as-built drawings and transition documents.
    • Collaborating with regional teams to ensure closure of required reports.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and tasks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with property management software and systems.
