**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate should have experience with database management, Zoom platform, and excellent communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide technical support for internal teams and clients, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to databases and queries with the help of a development team.
- Manage and support Zoom meetings, webinars, and conferencing tools, ensuring seamless experiences.
- Provide remote support to users across different locations.
- Deliver excellent communication and customer service, ensuring end users understand and are satisfied with the solutions provided.
- Working days will be from Tuesday to Sunday. Mondays will be off.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a tech support or similar role.
- Experience with the Zoom application (setting up meetings, webinars, troubleshooting).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
**Educational Requirements:**
- A bachelor's degree with computers or a related field is preferred.
