Job Summary:

The role of Desktop Publisher Specialist involves working with design software, managing localization projects, and ensuring high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design Software Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, to create visually appealing designs.
  2. Localization Expertise: Experience in Localization industry/projects is essential, including working with multiple languages in design software, OCR tasks, and quality assurance.
  3. Tight Deadlines: Familiarity with Acrobat Professional and ability to meet tight deadlines are preferred.
  4. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  5. Critical Thinking: Ability to make informed decisions during critical situations and work independently.
  6. Adaptability: Comfortable with night shifts and adaptable to changing priorities.

Candidates' Requirements:

We are seeking a highly skilled candidate who possesses the following qualifications:

  1. Familiarity with Windows/MAC Environment: Understanding of Windows/MAC environment, Microsoft Office, and the Internet is necessary.
  2. Financial Project Management: Knowledge of financial project management and formatting of financial tables is beneficial.
  3. Application Skills: Experience with Citrix, VPN, and other applications is advantageous.
