About the Role

An Insurance Underwriter is required to ensure prudent risk selection, adequate pricing of products and risks, and portfolio management. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of new products and create a sustainable portfolio aligned with the company's underwriting policy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement policies, guidelines, and procedures for underwriting.
  • Monitor and manage portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance results.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide knowledge and support, driving customer satisfaction and targeted sales growth.
  • Train and guide Managers and sales teams on generating motor insurance business.
