Job Summary:

About the Role
  • We are seeking an exceptional Bookkeeper to join our team, responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records and providing timely insights to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transactions: Post purchases and sales ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
  • Banking Operations: Process bank reconciliations, complete month-end close and reports, and maintain a high level of banking expertise.
  • Sales Support: Raise invoices and manage sales-related activities.
  • Payments Management: Prepare and obtain approval for payments, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Month-End Close: Post accruals, prepayments, inter-company journals, and depreciation, ensuring financial statements accurately reflect business operations.
Requirements
  • Apart from having a CA/ACCA part-qualified or MBA/Business Graduate with a Finance background, we are looking for individuals who possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure and deliver results with urgency.
  • Focused on internal and external client needs, calm under pressure, works with integrity and delivers results.
Skills Required
  • Xero, Sage, QuickBooks proficiency is essential.
