Medical Billing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Medical Billing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate billing processes and timely claim follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately review and resubmit medical claims to insurance companies.
Address claim denials and rejections promptly to ensure maximum revenue collection.
Proactively follow up on outstanding claims with payers and patients to expedite resolutions.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or denials to maintain a smooth billing cycle.
Provide excellent customer service via phone and messaging platforms (e.g., Klara) responding to billing-related queries with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in medical billing with expertise in physician billing preferred.
