We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Project Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the execution of assignments, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality deliverables.">
  • Carry out site visits to gather primary information, monitor project progress, and summarize findings.">
  • Oversee civil engineering aspects of fit-out projects, including structural modifications, flooring, partitioning, and ceiling installations.">
  • Review work done at site and comment on compliance with approved designs and specifications.">
  • Evaluate the quality of craftsmanship and ensure construction standards are maintained.">
  • Review invoices and bills provided by contractors and suppliers.">
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and identify issues related to materials or compliance.">
  • Verify alignment with IGBC certification requirements.">

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.">
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Knowledge of construction contracts, billing practices, and IGBC standards.">
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, building codes, and construction practices.">
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.">
  • Flexibility to work on-site and travel extensively between multiple project locations.">
