Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our Toys category.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of consumer behavior, product assortment, manufacturing, and supplier networks in the toys industry.

This role is responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, brand management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Toys Category: Develop and execute a comprehensive category strategy to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and increase market share.
  • Manage Brand Lifecycle: Oversee the launch, growth, and optimization of toys brands across e-commerce and offline retail channels.
  • Build and Manage Portfolios: Curate a selection of high-quality toys brands that meet customer needs and drive business results.
  • Drive Growth and Scalability: Develop and implement strategies to expand product offerings, optimize pricing, and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on category goals, strategies, and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • 8+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of success in category management, including experience in offline retail and eCommerce.
  • Deep Understanding: Comprehensive knowledge of toys consumer behavior, product assortment, manufacturing, and supplier networks.
  • Expertise in Marketplace Selling: Demonstrated expertise in category strategy, pricing, visibility, and marketing levers.
  • Success in Scaling Assortment: Proven ability to scale and manage SKU lifecycles.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Good to Have
  • 4+ Years of Retail and eCommerce Experience: Additional experience in offline retail and eCommerce can be beneficial.
  • At Least 2+ Years in the Toys Category: Prior experience in the toys category can provide valuable insights and expertise.
