Job Opportunity: DMPK Expertise
Experience sought after in the design and execution of DMPK studies to support antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) and monoclonal antibody (mAb) programs, spanning discovery through IND-enabling stages.

Key Responsibilities:
• Designing and executing comprehensive DMPK studies for ADC and mAb programs.
• Quantification of biologics using LC-MS/MS, MSD, and ELISA platforms.
• Proficiency in advanced bioinformatics tools like BioPharma Finder, MaxQuant, Spectronaut, and other relevant analytical software.
• Application of innovative techniques for function-based identification and selection of ADC and mAb lead candidates with a strong focus on DMPK profiling to ensure safe and effective therapeutic development.
• Interpretation of complex DMPK data and provision of actionable insights to cross-functional project teams.
• Representation of DMPK functions in internal and external meetings, fostering collaboration and strategic alignment.
• Collaboration with cross-functional departments to address ADC-related challenges and deliver integrated solutions from target validation to IND submission.
• Authorship and review of SOPs, study protocols, reports, and regulatory documentation to support both GLP and non-GLP studies.
• Strong foundational knowledge of DMPK principles including PK/PD, toxicology, and translational sciences. Demonstrated capabilities in communication, innovation, and team leadership.

Requirements:
• M. Pharm (Pharmacology / Pharmaceutical Analysis) or M.Sc. (Biochemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry) with 12-15 years' experience or Ph.D. with 5 years' experience.
• Extensive expertise in DMPK studies, biologics quantification, and advanced bioinformatics tools.
