Our organization is a leading manufacturer of custom architectural fiberglass and GFRC products for the commercial construction industry. We specialize in design, engineering, and fabrication services.

The ideal candidate will have experience creating construction drawings using AutoCAD or equivalent software, and 3D modeling skills using Revit Software.

Responsibilities:
  • Setting up projects, creating parametric families, providing materials and managing the Revit server from a production perspective.
  • Completing attachment and detail markups for company products.
  • Translating less specific design direction into functional documents.
  • BIM Modeling: Creating 3D BIM models using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
  • Implementing BIM best practices, including LOD (Level of Development) standards.
  • Performing clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve design conflicts.
  • Collaborating with project team members to ensure seamless integration of all building systems.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
  • Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Well-versed with American codes & standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bluebeam review of drawings.
Education:

Relevant degree in Architecture field.
