Architectural 3D Modeler

A 3D visualisation specialist is responsible for creating photorealistic images of architectural designs to bring conceptual ideas to life. This includes rendering interior and exterior spaces, landscapes, and architectural details based on architectural plans, CAD files, or sketches.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop detailed 3D models of buildings, interiors, landscapes, and furniture based on architectural drawings, blueprints, and sketches.
- Apply high-quality textures and materials to 3D models using physically accurate material libraries or customised shaders.
- Set up natural and artificial lighting scenarios to replicate various times of day and moods.
- Produce high-resolution, photorealistic still images using rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, Enscape, or Unreal Engine.
- Translate conceptual designs and sketches into compelling visual stories that convey mood, atmosphere, and architectural intent.
- Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines for deliverables across multiple projects.

- Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, Blender
- V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, Unreal Engine
- Substance Painter, Quixel Megascans, Adobe Photoshop
