Job Title: AI Architect Leader

Solution Design and Architecture: As a senior AI architect, you will lead the design and architecture of solutions ensuring they align with business objectives and technical requirements. This includes developing strategic plans to implement cutting-edge technology and overseeing the entire solution development lifecycle.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams ensuring best practices in AI solution development and deployment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and project management to ensure successful project delivery.

Integration: Oversee the integration of solutions with existing systems and platforms ensuring seamless interoperability. Your experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud will be valuable in this role.

Customization: Customize solutions to meet specific business needs including developing custom workflows, intents, and integrations. You will have the opportunity to use your expertise in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts to create innovative solutions.

Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed solutions ensuring high availability scalability and efficiency. Your analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment will serve you well in this role.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. You will be responsible for communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams integration guides and user manuals. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that all documentation is thorough and accurate.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on the use and maintenance of solutions. You will be responsible for creating training materials and conducting workshops to ensure team members are proficient in using the solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript Python or Java.
  • Strong understanding of NLP and machine learning concepts.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with platform or similar conversational AI platforms.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific use cases for conversational AI in sectors like banking healthcare retail or insurance.
