Job Description:

About the Opportunity

  • Lead paid social strategy execution and support, ensuring high-quality delivery and performance against targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis to recommend budget allocation across channels, devices, and campaigns, driving optimal results.
  • Develop and implement App acquisition campaign improvement strategies, coaching team members for success.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and creative ideas based on commercial KPIs, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of KPIs through cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams to provide guidance on executing local tactics effectively.
  • Contribute to improving best practice guidelines and share digital expertise across teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience managing paid social advertising campaigns.
  • Managed campaigns for at least 2 of the following channels: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter.
  • Strong App acquisition expertise and ideally full-funnel marketing experience.
  • Experience leading projects, instructing teams, and managing stakeholders.
  • Ability to break down complex problems into actionable roadmaps.
  • Leveraged incrementality test solutions to decide on campaign and budget mix.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify marketing opportunities and develop strategic solutions.
  • Initiate innovations, provide feedback, and influence the broader team.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of regulations, policies, and best practices in digital marketing.
