At The Brew, we're revolutionizing educational institution management through our School ERP product. As a talented and visionary UI/UX Design Lead, you'll shape the user experience of our platform, creating intuitive, efficient, and delightful interfaces for our diverse user base.

About the Opportunity

We're seeking an exceptional design leader to join our Ether leadership team. You'll work closely with product and technology teams, developing and maintaining design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency across the product.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the UI/UX design process for our School ERP solution from concept to implementation
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency across the product
- Conduct user research, create user personas, and develop user journey maps to inform design decisions
- Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes for various features and modules of the ERP system
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and timely implementation

You'll Thrive Here If

- You have 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably for B2B SaaS or EdTech products
- You're an expert in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- You're passionate about user-centered design methodologies, information architecture, and interaction design
- You're skilled in visual design, typography, and prototyping
