Key Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill an Assurance Manager position. The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of experience in US GAAP general accounting and financial statement review.

About the Position:

This role involves planning, risk assessment, testing, and completing engagements with minimal supervision. The individual must be able to act as in charge of medium and complex engagements, develop reasonable time budgets, and coordinate audit requests to meet time constraints and client deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and lead audits, ensuring timely completion and quality results
  • Develop and implement risk-based engagement strategies
  • Act as liaison between clients and senior management on work status and client issues
  • Mentor and train junior staff on technical matters
  • Design audit approaches and supervise audit teams
  • Prepare and review final reports for accuracy and completeness

Requirements:

  • Inter-CA/ACCA/CPA/CA certification with 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
