Senior Finance Executive Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill this key role.

Job Responsibilities:
  • GST Filing and Compliance
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.)
  • Ensure correct input tax credit (ITC) claims and reconciliation with financial records.
  • Monitor and respond to GST notices in a timely manner.
  • Assist in GST audits and liaise with external consultants or auditors as necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in GST laws and implement updated filing procedures accordingly.
  • Finalization and Recording of Sales Transactions
  • B2B Accounts Receivable Reconciliation
  • Perform regular reconciliations of customer accounts against sales, payments, credit notes, and GST filings.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding invoices with internal teams.
  • Reconcile B2B invoices with GSTR-2B/2A for ITC validation.
  • Resolve any discrepancies between financial records and GST portal entries.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for dispute resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in ERP Tally software.
  • Knowledge of GST and relevant laws.
