Lead Global Financial Controller Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Global Financial Controller to take on a leadership role and contribute to our company's growth and success.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with 6-10 years of experience in finance controllership consolidations, inter-company accounting, and strong knowledge of accounting standards to lead month-end activities, prepare financial reports, and drive simplification projects.

  • Review and analyze financial data including journal entries and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and present financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements to stakeholders.
  • Drive simplification projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful completion of tasks and projects.
  • Establish effective communication with stakeholders including internal teams and external partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA qualification with 6-10 years of work experience in finance controllership consolidations inter-company accounting.
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting standards and their application.
  • Experience in handling reconciliations and month-end close processes.
  • Strong technical skills in ERP systems such as SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Blackline and reporting systems such as Oracle FCCS & PBCS.
  • Leadership experience and ability to coach and develop team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
