Job Overview

As a seasoned manufacturing quality engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process quality plans to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct supplier quality audits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Drive corrective actions and failure analysis efforts to minimize defects and improve product reliability.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Working knowledge of mechanical quality and reliability concepts, supplier management, and general manufacturing operations.
  • Experience with the development and evaluation of measurement systems, project management, and problem-solving tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with die cuts, mechanical enclosures, castings, plastic parts, injection molding, tooling, jigs, fixtures, or high-volume quality manufacturing engineering.
  • Strong understanding of GD&T and stack-up analysis is also desirable.
