Job Title: Chemistry Innovator

We are seeking a skilled Chemistry Innovator to lead our organic chemistry research efforts. As a key member of our team, you will design, synthesize, and characterize novel compounds for various applications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop efficient synthetic routes for complex organic molecules.
  • Purify and characterize compounds using advanced analytical techniques like NMR, HPLC, GC-MS, and IR spectroscopy.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and optimize reactions to drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge solutions and address project challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and observations.
  • Stay current with literature and technological advancements in organic chemistry to contribute to the development of novel methodologies and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, biotechnology, or related field(s).
  • 1-2+ years of industrial experience preferred.
  • Nice to have: Master's degree in chemical engineering, biotechnology, or related field(s)
  • Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of organic chemistry principles and techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with organic synthesis, purification, and characterization methods.
  • Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and analytical instruments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced research environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
  • Commitment to safety, compliance, and ethical conduct in scientific research.
