Job Summary

The Senior Nurse (OT) will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures, including pre-operative preparation, intraoperative care, and post-operative recovery.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a surgical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
