About the Role

As a seasoned Export Professional, you will be responsible for managing and updating export files and BL details in a comprehensive system on a pan-India basis.

  • Maintain and update export file & BL details in LARA system on Pan India basis.
  • Update all remarks received from Intermodal Team regarding Import & Export Cleanup file.
  • Handle all Export Invoice RFI'S within the established turnaround time (TAT).
  • Respond to various queries received from Vendors/GBS Team/Customer.
  • Evaluate SDP & SDD code generation within TAT.
  • Follow up with vendors and GBS Team to ensure smooth payment process and update Receivable team accordingly.
  • Continuously follow up with vendors until issues are resolved.
  • Daily coordinate with Mumbai Intermodal Team for Freight Order Generation & COL updation on LARA & LISA System within TAT.
  • Prepare various reports pertaining to Intermodal moves on Daily / Weekly and Monthly basis.
  • Address and resolve service-related issues or escalations in a timely manner.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Ensure vendors understand invoicing process, adhere to company standards, and submit accurate invoices in a timely manner.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Regularly follow up on tasks.
  • Prepare reports on weekly/monthly basis within given deadlines.
  • Communicate immediately if any query arises. Verbal communication is not acceptable.
Qualifications
  • Hold a graduate degree.
Required Skills
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proactive/self-motivated/hardworking individual.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in MS Office Tools – specifically Excel and Power Presentation.
