Job Overview:

We're seeking a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to ensure our software products' quality, performance, and reliability.

This role focuses on developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks, creating test scripts, and collaborating with development and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for web, API, and backend systems
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to define test strategies and acceptance criteria
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies to align testing activities with development goals
  • Perform end-to-end testing, integration testing, and regression testing using automation tools
  • Create detailed bug reports and track issues to resolution
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing
  • Analyze test results, identify trends in quality issues, and recommend improvements

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in QA Automation or Software Testing
  • Proficient in at least one automation framework (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
  • Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#
  • Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman or RestAssured

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust)
  • Cloud experience (AWS) Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities are essential.
