We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Automation Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of our software applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues early in the development process.

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or equivalent.
  • Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify and report issues.
  • Work with the QA and development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Debug and troubleshoot test failures and assist in root cause analysis.
  • Perform functional, regression, and performance testing for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
  • Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test data.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in test automation and propose improvements to existing processes.
  • Proven experience as an Automation Tester or in a similar QA role.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Hands-on experience with automation frameworks like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
  • Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, or GitLab CI.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
