Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in the Recruiting (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding (ONB) modules of SAP SuccessFactors.

About the Role:
  • Implement and support end-to-end SuccessFactors RCM, RMK, and ONB modules.
  • Collaborate with HR business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure system functionalities.
  • Design and maintain career sites, candidate pipelines, and onboarding workflows.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, functional specs, and test scripts.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across geographies.
  • Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance while working on a remote setup.
  • Train end-users and provide post-go-live support.

This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes, employer branding, and onboarding best practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuration, integration, and support of these modules. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in remote environments is a must.

The successful candidate will lead the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors RCM, RMK, and ONB modules. They will work closely with HR business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure system functionalities. This includes designing and maintaining career sites, candidate pipelines, and onboarding workflows.
