SAP S/4HANA Transformation Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive delivery excellence and presales engagements for SAP S4HANA implementations.

The ideal candidate will bring strong functional knowledge in one or more core process areas, including Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Procure-to-Pay.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale programs in the manufacturing industry and experience working with distributed/global teams.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S4HANA transformation programs, ensuring quality, scalability, and timely execution.
  • Drive solution design and architecture tailored to client's business needs, with a focus on manufacturing industry environments.
  • Provide deep functional expertise in one or more process areas (O2C, R2R, P2P).
  • Support presales initiatives, including client workshops, solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal defense.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years of overall SAP experience, including at least 8+ years in delivery leadership of large-scale S4HANA programs.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end SAP implementations across multiple industries, with emphasis on manufacturing.
  • Strong functional expertise in Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, or Procure-to-Pay.
  • Demonstrated presales capabilities: solution design, client engagement, and proposal support.
