Senior Building Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Design Engineer to join our team.

  • Work on structural design elements for diverse building projects in India and abroad, leveraging expertise to deliver high-quality results.
  • Lead the detailed engineering design of complex building projects, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with technicians on CAD and Revit drawings, promoting innovative solutions and best practices.
  • Represent the organization in meetings with clients, consultants, and suppliers, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Deliver exceptional project work within agreed timelines, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Ensure service/design decisions align with project and organizational objectives, contributing to the company's success.
  • Keep senior staff informed of critical design decisions, maintaining open communication channels.
  • Coordinate work with other project team members, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Structural Engineering or relevant field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in building design engineering, with international exposure preferred.
  • Proven expertise in secondary steel design, with proficiency in AutoCAD and engineering software.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Working knowledge of relevant domestic design standards and codes.
  • Confident, proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
