The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in product lifecycle management, strategy definition, and aligning AI technologies with business objectives.

The successful Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for leading the end-to-end lifecycle for AI-driven CX solutions, from concept to launch. This includes defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends, customer insights, and business goals.

Key responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing product requirements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and drive product development.

A strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in CX is essential, as well as excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
