Finance Transformation Specialist

The Finance Transformation team works closely with clients and project teams to help CFOs and their finance organisations identify, design, and implement programs that transform their finance functions to meet today's demanding requirements while continuing to provide valuable insights to the business.

Position Requirements

As a team member, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

  • Understanding clients' business processes and business requirements.
  • Translating requirements into functional requirements and user stories.
  • Designing, building, and maintaining Anaplan models, apps, based on model blueprint, and supporting planning processes and activities.
  • Configuring and maintaining lists, modules, actions, dashboards, new UX pages, apps, and other model settings to meet business needs.
  • Transforming and implementing multi-dimensional structures to support business processes.
  • Implementing high-quality models using best practices.
  • Defining and administering user roles and permissions in Anaplan.
  • Providing hands-on training to end-users on Anaplan models and processes.
  • Contributing to pre-sales or proof-of-concept proposals, RFPs.

This team helps CFOs identify, design, and implement programs that transform their finance function to meet today's demanding requirements while continuing to provide value-added insights to the business.

Finance Skills

You'll need to have:

  • Experience working with Anaplan models, apps, and planning processes.
  • Strong understanding of finance strategies, operations, and analytics.
  • Ability to design, build, and maintain high-quality models using best practices.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Experience with configuration and maintenance of lists, modules, actions, dashboards, new UX pages, apps, and other model settings.
