Quality Assurance Manager

We're seeking an experienced leader to join our Product Engineering team. This role will drive innovation and deliver strategic initiatives within the organization.

This is a leadership position that requires working closely with product management to design and define requirements, leading the development team from concept through delivery and subsequent operation.

The ideal candidate has experience through multiple complete consumer product or service development cycles, possesses superior analytical abilities, and product judgment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for the quality of the deliverables across beta systems.
  • Driving multiple quality initiatives in coordination with QE leads and other development and QE managers.
  • Building the Quality engineering community in India along with other QE managers and the Director of Quality.
  • Connecting with QEs in India (allocated to your area) to ensure apt execution of processes and test cases.
  • Implementing various testing methodologies to enhance the quality of beta deliverables.
  • Collaborating with and across teams to test and support technical solutions.
Requirements:
  • 13+ years of total experience in the IT industry.
  • 4+ years of professional and recent experience managing quality engineering teams; preferably in the financial services industry.
  • A four-year Computer Science degree or equivalent work experience required.
