About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative professional to join our team as a Copywriter.

This individual will be responsible for crafting compelling email content that resonates with our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting engaging email copies for promotional, informational, and transactional campaigns.
  • Developing specialized content for follow-up and cart abandonment emails to boost customer engagement.
  • Creating and understanding customer persona, target audience, and brand guidelines.
  • Participating in planning sessions with the marketing team and maintaining a work calendar.
  • Writing scripts for videos that complement email campaigns.
  • Refining email texts for clarity, grammatical correctness, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Implementing feedback to optimize content.
  • Engaging with multiple departments to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Copywriter or similar role with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating creative and effective copywriting across different mediums.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into compelling content.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
