Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Chandigarh. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering business requirements, and conducting business analysis. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as communicating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating these needs into functional requirements. Additionally, the Business Analyst will work closely with the development team to ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives.

Objectives of the Role
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute strategic email marketing plans.
- Identify target segments, define campaign objectives, and determine optimal frequency and timing for email delivery.
- Ensure email database accuracy, maintain list hygiene, and uphold compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
- Partner with cross-functional teams—including design, content, and analytics—to align email marketing initiatives with overall marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns—from concept through delivery and performance analysis.
- Craft engaging, brand-aligned content, including compelling copy, visuals, and calls-to-action.
- Segment and manage email lists to deliver personalized, targeted communication based on customer demographics, preferences, and behaviors.
- Identify opportunities for optimization through A/B testing, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing improvements to boost engagement and conversions.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement in email marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing or a related marketing role.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, deliverability, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM compliance.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, or similar automation tools.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customization.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics.
Experience with A/B testing and familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an analytical mindset to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with the ability to craft engaging, conversion-focused content.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
Understanding of email deliverability and reputation management.
