Key Account Specialist

A dedicated professional responsible for managing customer relationships, driving subscription growth, and resolving account-related issues. This role involves proactively engaging with customers, facilitating purchases, processing orders, and addressing any discrepancies or concerns.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to resolve outstanding overages or encourage subscription purchases post-trial expiration.
  • Process orders promptly after the customer reaches out and confirm purchase details.
  • Maintain detailed records of follow-ups and interactions.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports on key conversions and account actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel software and data analysis techniques.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and document preparation.
  • Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and improve processes.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and experience in customer service.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a focus on building strong customer relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and experience in Zendesk.
