We are seeking a seasoned Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning professional to spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions for manufacturing companies. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in developing and implementing advanced AI/ML models that drive business outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI algorithms and models that address real-world challenges in direct material procurement, sourcing cycle time, and new product introduction. This role requires a deep understanding of statistical analysis, data preprocessing techniques, and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex cost data and identify cost drivers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Machine Learning Model Development: Design and implement AI/ML models that drive business outcomes.
  • Data Pipelines: Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines for model training and deployment.
  • Model Evaluation: Rigorously test and validate AI/ML models to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in AI/ML: Minimum 12+ years of experience in developing advanced AI/ML solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, C++, and machine learning libraries.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
