Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled machine learning engineer to develop and maintain our backend architecture, implement machine learning algorithms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, data science, and AI/ML, with experience in building scalable, distributed systems. They should be familiar with cloud-native infrastructure, MLOps, and versioning tools such as Git and GitHub.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop robust backend systems and APIs to deploy and scale ML solutions.
  • Work with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS) to design cost-efficient, high-availability ML pipelines and scalable cloud-supported backend solutions.
  • Implement ML lifecycle workflows, including experiment tracking, orchestration, and model serving.
  • Contribute to end-to-end product development, from data ingestion to monitoring and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user-facing elements and push the boundaries of Generative AI.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Data Science, AI/ML.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in backend development, with a focus on building scalable, distributed systems.
  • Tech Skills: MERN, Python, Golang; PostgreSQL; NoSQL/MongoDB; MLflow; Kubeflow; DVC; CI/CD pipelines; Docker; Kubernetes; AWS SageMaker/Bedrock; GCP Vertex AI; Azure AI.
  • Soft Skills: Strong ownership, problem-solving, adaptability, and a mindset ready for startup challenges.
