Senior Financial Analyst

About the Role

We seek a skilled professional with expertise in financial management, investment advisory, and infrastructure finance. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough financial feasibility studies and develop detailed financial models for large-scale projects to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Provide expert due diligence and advisory support for infrastructure, real estate, and public-private partnership (PPP) projects to mitigate risks and maximize returns.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations for clients across various sectors, including real estate, transportation, aviation, and social infrastructure, to drive informed business decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Financial Management or a related field is essential.
  • Certifications: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Financial Modeling Value Association (FMVA) certification is highly desirable.

Experience & Skills:

  • A strong track record in financial feasibility analysis, discounted cash flow, valuation, due diligence, and investment advisory is crucial.
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling and infrastructure finance, with the ability to develop complex financial models and forecasts.
