Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Proven expertise in contact center architectures, including microservices.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in the contact center domain.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-channel contact center solutions.
  • Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Contact Center.
