Chief Content Creator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Editor to lead our content strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of all content across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain style guidelines to ensure consistency in tone, voice, and quality of content.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and other team members to ensure that all content meets the highest standards of quality and is delivered on time.
- Manage a team of sub editors and provide guidance and feedback as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the company's content remains relevant and engaging.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in content development and management from the publishing industry.
- Excellent editing and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency throughout content.
- Ability to manage a team and provide guidance and feedback.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
As a Content Editor, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's content strategy and ensuring that all content meets the highest standards of quality and relevance.
