Data-Driven Digital Strategist

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Performance Analyst to play a strategic role in optimizing and scaling our digital performance across global markets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end performance analysis across paid media channels, developing and owning advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility.
- Translate complex data into strategic recommendations that drive measurable business growth, partnering with Paid Media Managers, Growth Marketing, and Data Science teams.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on attribution models, conversion paths, and media mix optimization, mentoring junior analysts and contributing to building a data-driven culture within the organization.
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, media analytics, or digital growth roles, requiring a strong command of digital ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads.
- Proficiency in advanced analytics & BI tools: Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, alongside a solid understanding of attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and ROI forecasting.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to connect performance data to strategic business outcomes, backed by strong communication skills to present findings and influence senior stakeholders.
