Principal Financial Coordinator

You will play a pivotal role in financial management, ensuring accurate and timely billing for large-scale real estate projects. This involves close collaboration with site teams, vendors, and subcontractors to guarantee seamless execution of billing processes.
The position requires meticulous coordination to reconcile quantities and materials for major items, prepare cost comparison statements (Planned vs. Actual), and quarterly Cost-to-Complete reports.
- Coordinate with site teams for efficient billing process execution.
- Prepare and certify subcontractor bills (manual and ERP/SAP).
- Prepare and certify client bills, ensuring timely follow-up for zero-payment hold-ups.
- Perform reconciliation of quantities and materials for major items.
- Prepare cost comparison statements (Planned vs. Actual) and quarterly Cost-to-Complete reports.
Our ideal candidate should possess:
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 7–10 years of proven experience in billing within the real estate/construction industry.
- Software: Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and ERP/SAP systems.
- Skills: Detail-oriented, analytical, strong negotiation and coordination ability.
- Communication: Proficient in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
