Visual Creative Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Creative Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating bold, eye-catching visuals for social media and digital campaigns.

This role is perfect for a creative professional with a sharp sense of visual storytelling, a love for experimentation, and a talent for making content stand out in the fast-paced digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-impact graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.), ads, websites, and digital campaigns that are visually striking and engaging.
  • Develop creative concepts that are trendy, shareable, and audience-focused, incorporating typography, colors, and layouts that align with the brand voice while staying fresh and innovative.
  • Adapt designs for different formats—stories, posts, reels, carousels, and ads—to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and content team to brainstorm and execute engaging visual campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media design trends, pop culture, and viral formats to ensure our content remains relevant and captivating.
  • Manage multiple design projects and deliver on tight deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in social media design with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and expertise.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and color theory.
  • Motion design knowledge (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D) is highly desirable, as is familiarity with AI-based creative tools.
  • A creative thinker who can adapt concepts to suit different platforms and audiences, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
